had ODAC training after sch, &i was th I/C for th dat.
we call it th M-team.
me& daryl junior went t look for ms yeo with syed& kaven?
helped th clsrm& stuff, gathered, water paradea& attendance.
jiu admin stuff like camp com booking, camp updates& ODAC store.
PT 5sets after tht in individual grps, 1set = 10spider pumpings, 10vertical jumps, 10leg lift, 10squats, 10sets of 8jumping jacks, 1round ard th whole sch.
cooled dwn& debriefed after tht, tio punishment& some went over t fitness corner t do chin-ups.
i did th last one& cleared th punishments.
syed scold vulgar out loud& mrchia heard it whn talking t me.
so i asked during debrief who wna help& i did basically th whole thing without daryl?
with pauline, clay& royston ( president, 2vice-president )`s help.
felt tht i didnt do my best, &i sucked tht day.
